Camminando per le vie della nostra città, a volte restiamo colpiti da alcuni particolari che magari fino al giorno prima, non avevamo notato.
Dei piccoli tesori nascosti, delle stranezze mimetizzate tra le cose più comuni che a prima vista sono quelle che prevalgono e colpiscono l’attenzione di un passante distratto.
Ci sono delle ricchezze ormai degradate dal tempo, che però continuano a mantenere il loro fascino,
chiese decadenti, balconi decorati, vicoli misteriosi, bancarelle con prodotti di ogni genere,
muri segnati dal tempo o da frasi d’amore, manifesti di santi e di politici, vie dagli strani nomi, Chiese trasformate in negozi,
alberi che si abbracciano, o comunque particolari di Monumenti, di Chiese.
E’ interessante poter osservare questi piccoli aspetti, seguire un percorso diverso, farsi guidare dalla città. E a Palermo, veramente ogni angolo può nascondere qualcosa di misterioso, curioso o gustoso da vedere. Basta solo fare attenzione, dimenticare per qualche istante la vita frenetica della grande città, lasciarsi trasportare dalla fantasia.

Walking through the streets of our city, sometimes we remain impressed by some details that maybe until the day before, we had not noticed.
Some small hidden treasures, strange things camouflaged among the most common things that at first sight are those that prevail and affect the attention of a passing distracted.
There are wealth deteriorated by the time, but still retain their charm, decadent churches,
decorated balconies, mysterious alleys,
walls marked by time or by phrases of love, posters of saints and politicians.
Streets with strange names, churches converted into shops, trees that hug,
or details of Monuments and Churches.

It is interesting to observe these small details, follow a different path, be guided by the city. And in Palermo, really every corner can hide something mysterious, curious to see. Just be careful, forgetting for a moment the hectic life of the great city, let carried by the imagination.
